I have this phone set about two weeks, I found it very easy to program, the instruction manuel was clear and easy to follow, the hand sets are light and comfortable, also the display is quite easy to read. Most of all it has a high volumn for hearing, I am slightly hard of hearing, I had problems with other phones, but not this one. I do miss the speaker, but that is minor. One of my handsets was stolen off of my porch one evening, so I needed a replacement. I can tell you the clarity is excellent, if you don't have too many walls or appliances between you and the base unit.
